Instructor Jobs | | |
| | - The aerodiamond
pilot training courses are primarily (but not exclusively) designed to prepare
candidates for airline operations.
- This means that from the
time you pay for your full training course you are allocated a Seniority Employment
Number (S.E.N.)
- Bidding priority in the normal 14 day staff
flight roster is determined by S.E.N.
- Note Full paid training
course S.E.N. (from 1 up) will normally be ahead of part paid training course
S.E.N. (from 100 up)
- Your S.E.N. ensures that you are able
on completion of training, to gain that invaluable command experience with us
as a flight instructor, in both IFR (all weather) night and multi engine, through
to the minimum required by Airlines (600 Command hours).
- Please
note the Seniority number, can effect total time of employment.
- Once
you are on the payroll all you have to do to stay there permanently beyond the
normal expiry date is come up with 6 students per year (at 200 hours each), or
900 hours total for your self. This equals the maximum hours you can legally fly.
(In other words employment is shorter if you cannot keep happy students)
- We help you with this by giving you access to answer the telephone
as the enquiries come in. This can be during business hours, or if desired taking
after hours calls.
- Further promotion within aerodiamond
after that to Jet command on the D-Jet will also depend on a large extent on your
performance. (i.e. on the quality of Flight Instructor you are, as demonstrated
by your students, in both their Student progress records and their test results).
- We are also researching at establishing an all day/all night
Jet turbine Regular Public Transport Operation D.V. to give our ex students a
smooth employment flow.
