Flight Stress

  1. As stress goes up, performance goes down in inverse proportion.

  2. This will work against you in direct proportion to the amount of stress effecting you.

  3. Maximum stress leaves no brain capacity left to make rational decisions.

  4. You then rely totally on your automatic reflexes put their by previous training (check
    lists etc)

  5. Conversely the more you enjoy your flight training, the more efficiently you will learn.

  6. A dedicated experienced instructor will immediately recognize the effects of stress as
you fly, and teach you how to overcome it.

  7. It is something I myself has specialized in over a life time of flying training.

  8. For more information on this fascinating subject go to the web page on secrets.

  9. Or even come out and discuss it further over a Cappuccino. (but call first on 0414 788 105)

I would far rather fly like an eagle,
than scratch around in the dirt like a  turkey ...
