Fuel rates are Jet A1 $0.9683 and Avgas $1.1 and will vary on the day

So for the cheapest twin rate fly the DA-42 from midnight for 6 hours  = $125 per hour dry rate.

Then add fuel used at say 40% power = + $10/hour

DA-40 

40% power (8.81lph) = 89 knots (12 hour endurance)

 50% power (12.2 lph) = 110 knots (9 hour endurance)

  60% power (18.5 lph) = 132 knots (5.9 hour endurance)
